There are many blogging platforms which offer users the ability to create a blog. If you are looking for a simple free blog, my suggestion would be to start blogging Blogger.com.
Once you have some blogging experience, you can advance and become more professional with a self-hosted WordPress blog.
Blogger allows you to create a free blog, but it does have limitations.
There are many blogs online and most people create blogs to teach, Make money Online, to brand their Business, e.t.c. Just like Our Blog is used to teach.
How to Create a Blog in Nigeria
Before I begin the complete Tutorial on How to Create a Blog on Blogger, I would you like to note the below:
NOTE: Blogger is a blogging platform powered by Google.
Step-by-step Guide on How to Create a Blog on Blogger.
First, create a GMail account with Google Here (if you don’t have Google account already)
If you already have a GMail account, this will be useful now. You can use it to create a blog on Blogger.
If you don’t have the Google account already, simply signup in Google account and you are ready to start.
To create your free Blog site, head over to Blogger.com and login using your Google account.
After Logging in your profile, you will be taken to where you will proceed to the final 5 steps to create your blog on blogger.
- Type in your blog Name
- Type in your blog website address (URL)
- Confirm that your website address is available
- Choose the theme
- Click Create Blog
Now you are done! You have successfully created your new blog on blogger.
Please note that you blog name url will be something like yourblogname.blogspot.com.
Of course, you can change this to yourblogname.com but still hosting free on blogger.
